Gentle Yoga for ALL
I’ve been studying and practicing yoga and its philosophies from 2010. At this time I went to live in a Yoga Ashram for two years, I then travelled to India for more learning at the Bihar School of Yoga. When I returned to the UK I enrolled on a 500hr Yoga Teacher Diploma Course, affiliated with the British Wheel of Yoga and trained at Mandala Yoga Ashram in South Wales in the UK. I qualified in 2017 and have been teaching regular classes since 2016. I have since visited India four times for various courses and progressive learning, I have been trained to deliver Trauma sensitive Yoga and I am currently teaching Refugees and ICU patients and Carer's recovering from their experiences. I have also trained with RYE (Research in Yoga for Children) and have delivered in Primary schools, offering these powerful Yogic practices with interactive games, postures and breathing exercises. I am trained and qualified to deliver Meditation and Yoga Nidra practices (Yoga Sleep). Yoga is my passion and it is accessible to all. Postures are just the tip of the iceberg, yoga is so much more than just physical postures (Asanas).
